This recently refurbished ground floor flat is self contained to the rear of the owner's detached bungalow with separate entrance. Lounge, Double bedroom, shower room, washroom and kitchenette (additional single bed if required). - Fully equipped for the use of 2 people. - Bed linen, towels and tea towels supplied.

Garden patio area (for sole use of flat) - patio furniture and gas bbq - off road parking (one car + small trailer).
